1. Introduction
Family Feud Live involves a fun and unique combination of Matchmaking and game play. Just like the TV show, this app lets you answer opinion-based questions against live opponents online. The correct answers for each question were taken from a recent public survey.
Classic mode Players compete in 3 rounds of Family Feud questions. In each round, one (1) question is asked to both players who answer it at the same time. Points are awarded for each correct guess made within the time limit, and points are removed for each incorrect guess.
Fast Money Rounds Five (5) questions are presented to players. Each player gives one (1) answer per question. Players cannot submit the same answer as their opponent; if the player does, they will be asked to submit another answer. The player with the most points overall is declared the winner. Bonus experience points are given to both players if they manage to score more than 200 points combined.
Tournament Modes Players play up to three (3) different opponents in a single-round, elimination style games. Losing any round eliminates the player from the tournament. There are two types of tournaments: Regular and Fast Money. In the regular events question styles and scoring is the same as Classic Mode. Fast Money Tournaments are scored just like regular Fast Money Rounds.
Live games Live games available for players who want to pick a specific opponent. Players can invite strangers or Facebook friends to Live matches through the Live now bar (on the bottom of the menus) or from their Umi inbox.
Note: Live games are restricted to Facebook connected accounts.
